Our temporary workers are the backbone of our business. We promise to treat you the way we would like to be treated ourselves and make you the following 12 pledges:-

1. We will not charge you for the service we provide to you
2. If a problem arises with your contract or wages we will sort it out immediately
3. We will send you text alerts to your mobile phone when we receive a job that meets your criteria
4. If you register on our website ( www.ethosrecruitment.co.uk ) we will send you email alerts when we receive a job that meets your criteria
5. We will always send you a full job specification for the job we are putting you forward for
6. We will send you a full interview pack with background on the company you are seeing
7. We will brief you on the people who will be interviewing you and help you to understand what questions they will be asking
8. We will provide transport to your place of work if you need it
9. We will lend you work wear for a small deposit which you will get back when you return the item
10. We will personally introduce you to your employer on your first day
11. We will be proactive in finding you a placement that meets your criteria
12. We will test your skills, so you know where your gaps are, and provide training to help you fill those gaps
